The project Alan was hired to
complete included managing the installation of the telecommunications, network, hardware and software of a new billing system,
the conversion of the data to the new billing system, and the centralization and standardization of the new billing system. The project successfully went live.
In his efforts to complete the
project, Alan has shown that he is willing give his all to overcome any obstacles
that may arise. He exhibited a personal interest in meeting the goals of the
